Cees is the Professor of Aerospace Engineering and Aviation at RMIT University, Melbourne. He has a PhD in Aerospace Engineering, a Master of Science and a graduate diploma (Education) from Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands.
His research interests include aerospace systems design, through-life support, unmanned air systems, occupant safety, air-traffic management, knowledge-based engineering, feature recognition and dynamics and control. He is a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, American Institute
of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Dutch Association of Aerospace Engineers.
Cees is a current ICAS Programme Committee Member.
