Is there parking at the venue?

If you are traveling to the Sofitel via car there is onsite self-parking or valet available for your convenience. Current parking rates are listed on the Sofitel website, however, parking is subject to availability and rates can change at the hotels discretion.

How do I get to the venue from the airport?

Direct access to the domestic and international airport is available via the Brisbane Airtrain. The journey is approximately 20 minutes and Central Station is located right underneath Sofitel.

Taxi or rideshare services are also easily accessible from Brisbane Domestic and International airports.

Can I book accommodation at the Sofitel Brisbane Central?

Absolutely! Make the most of the conference by reserving accommodation at the conference venue. Discounted accommodation rates will be listed on this website shortly.

Registration

How do I register?

You can simply register on the conference website. Payment can be made via credit card or direct deposit for your convenience.

Can someone attend the conference in my place?

Yes. If you are no longer able to attend the conference, we may be able to transfer your registration to another colleague, however you will need to email ADDRESS HERE and inform us of the change at least 7 days prior to the conference.

Are meals provided?

Lunch is provided on all days of the conference, as is morning and afternoon refreshments. 

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Please enter any dietary requirements you may have when registering online. If you have forgotten to do so, please email ADDRESS HERE

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code during the day is smart casual. Jackets and ties are not required during conference sessions. The idea is to be comfortable and to enjoy the presentations.

What is the dress code for the dinner?
The dress code for the dinner is cocktail attire.

Can I attend the conference virtually?

With the reduction of COVID-19 restrictions the conference will only be offered in a face-to-face format to maximise participant involvement and networking.

Where can I find the latest conference program?

How do I submit an abstract for potential inclusion in the program?
